Clinical Director
Nicole Cowan brings a diverse background to her work as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She began at Millhill in 2015. In her management role, she provides administrative support, guidance, and supervision for high priority cases; decisions regarding client safety; and facilitates meetings with staff/administration. As an Outpatient Therapist, Nicole provides counseling to clients, ranging from 10-55 years of age. She feels committed to providing an empowering, strength-based approach when meeting her clients. She is proud of working at Millhill because it has provided her the ability to work with unexpected challenges, people, and situations and has opened her eyes to the cultural implications, and how it can affect people in their everyday life. Nicole loves the beach, nature, working out, cooking, and eating out!
