Associate Director Youth Engagement
Micayla Weissburg is responsible for program development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation within the Youth Engagement Department. Micayla appreciates the opportunity to mentor and coach adolescents to help them realize their full potential. Micayla previously worked as a social worker, in the Rochester, NY, area, and in Baltimore, MD, working with high school age youth. She earned her BS in Psychology from Towson University and MSW from University of Maryland. Micayla joined Millhill in 2018, and her favorite thing about working at Millhill is that it affords her the opportunity to share in the journey of the youth she works with. Outside of work, Micayla enjoys baking, hiking and running. Her husband and she enjoy spending time at the beach (originally from Maryland, she still doesn’t call it “the shore”)!
