Chief Strategy & Finance Officer
Cynthia Oberkofler joined Millhill as Chief Financial officer in 2002 and served as Executive Director from 2012 to 2022. She is now Acting Chief Strategy & Finance Officer. She has a BS in Accounting and Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Rider University and is certified in Early Childhood Education She feels that Millhill is fortunate to have collaborative staff and partners and generous board members and supporters. Her favorite thing about Millhill is that it has allowed her the privilege of feeling like she makes a difference. In her free time Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, and traveling.
