Narcisa Delgado

Family Worker Supervisor

As the Family Worker Supervisor for preschool programs, Narcisa Delgado work closely with the families and parents of the children. Narcisa feels committed to the academic success of children, and is passionate about ensuring that they and their children have every resource and support they need. Prior to her current role, Narcisa was a teacher assistant at Millhill. She has a Substitute Teacher’s Credential for the State of New Jersey and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Guayaquil. Narcisa says she is proud to be part of Millhill, and the education team, particularly as a bilingual teacher as she can have a positive impact on the Spanish speaking families. Outside of work, her greatest joy is spending quality time with her family.
