Jigna Rao joined Millhill Child and Family Development in 2020 as Director of Operations and now serves as Chief Executive Officer. With a career rooted in public service and community engagement, Jigna brings a wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.
Before joining Millhill, she led the Center for Continuing Education at Mercer County Community College and previously served as Director of the New Jersey Governor’s Official Residence, where she oversaw operations and spearheaded initiatives to strengthen community connections.
A passionate advocate for healthcare equity children, and families —Jigna holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from The College of New Jersey.
