Director of Youth Engagement
Michelle Thompkins started working for Millhill in June 2017. She graduated from Howard University’s School of Business with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing; and she earned her Masters Degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University. She is a career coach trained by the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, California. She also completed the Non Profit Management Program at LaSalle University in Philadelphia.
Michelle is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Jack & Jill, Princeton Area Community Foundation, Trenton Area Stakeholders, and she is on the board of Young Audiences, an arts education non-profit organization. Michelle enjoys traveling, bike riding, swimming, going to the theatre, and listening to music. Her favorite thing about Millhill is helping youth get into college and encouraging them to realize their goals and dreams.
