Executive Director
Cynthia Oberkofler has been working for Millhill since November 2002. She has earned her BS in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Rider University. She is also certified in Early Childhood Education. In her free time Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family, yoga and traveling.
She feels that Millhill is fortunate to have staff and partners that are collaborative and generous board members and supporters. Her favorite thing about Millhill is that it has allowed her the privilege of feeling like she makes a difference.
