Millhill Counseling Services enhance life skills and encourages emotional development to maximize an individual’s functioning, strengths, and resources.

Our clinic is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered services that make a difference in the lives of children and adults and offers:

  • Individual, family, and group counseling
  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication monitoring
  • Case management

At Millhill, the clientele and their family work together with the staff to plan and implement treatment goals. Our focus is:

  • To improve client’s everyday functioning in the home, at school and at work
  • To increase acquisition of life skills to promote a health lifestyle
  • To allow for reduction of mental health symptoms

Millhill employs only licensed clinicians as therapeutic staff. Additionally, we have board-certified adolescent psychiatrists and Advanced Practice Nurses on staff to conduct psychiatric services as needed.

Program Eligibility

Youth Outpatient Counseling: The participating child must be 4 to 21 years of age and Medicaid eligible.

Adult Outpatient Counseling: 21 years and beyond and active Medicaid coverage.

Additionally, we have an out-of-pocket rate for those who are not Medicaid eligible.

The Trenton PEERS

(Performing, Educating and Engaging in Responsible Strategies) is a year-round education and support group for 13-18 year olds who want to be part of a mentored team that provides violence prevention and life-skills education to their peers. Learn more »
